No Overnight Parking during Winter Months
Article 6.5.1.1 No person shall allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in his name, other than one acting in an emergency, to be parked on any street for more than one (1) hour between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day between November 15th and April 1st, inclusive.
