There is a 911 Outage in most of Massachusetts. CenturyLink, the carrier that provides nationwide SS7 services to many other carriers, is having significant nationwide operational issues impacting 37 states. This is affecting 911 (wireline & wireless) delivery to most of Massachusetts. If you call 911, you may experience “all circuits busy” message; or, nothing at all.
Until the problem is rectified, please call our 911 business line 978-346-9043 or our regular business line 978-346-8321 for emergency police, fire or ambulance services.
