The Merrimac Police Department is seeking to hire a Full-Time Police Officer.
Salary ranges from $78,459.70 to $84,743.55. Officers are eligible for educational incentive pay: 5% Associates, 10% Bachelors, 15 % Masters.
Other competitive contractual benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, paid time off, shift differential, clothing allowance, tuition reimbursement, physical fitness incentive, and retirement plan.
Officers work a 12-hour shift on a four-on, four-off shift rotation. This shift rotation provides officers with a healthy amount of recovery and family time.
